The hotel was well-organized and in a central location. Set walk from a train station, it was great for travelling. There were very clean beds and a fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe inside the room...

It was a memorable experience. The room we had included a kettle and air conditioner. We walked everywhere, the location was great, to Termini. Great to be 700 feet away from Pinoy Fast Food, enjoyed our meal there.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in central Rome, this hotel is a great choice. The location near the railway station makes it easy to get around the city. The rooms are recently renovated and the beds are very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and water in the room are nice touches. Plus, the host is extremely helpful and welcoming, offering recommendations and making sure guests have a pleasant stay.
One downside is that the rooms do not have a kettle or mugs, which some guests may find inconvenient.

During my transit in Rome, I had the opportunity to stay at Clavdia Flat, and I must say it was a convenient choice. the location of the guesthouse was perfect for me. Being only 5 minutes' walk from Termini, the nearest airport, made it incredibly easy for me to catch my connecting flight. the proximity to the Roma Termini station, just a 10-minute walk away, allowed me to explore the city quickly and efficiently.
One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the external ringing bell not working. This caused a bit of worry when I arrived as I didn't have network coverage on my phone and couldn't contact anyone.

The host's enthusiasm and detailed recommendations were mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, close to the station. The recommended pizza restaurant, although with a half-hour queue, was jaw-droppingly delicious. The neighboring ice cream shop was unforgettable. The room was modern, clean, and close to the main station. The host, Jacob, was efficient and spoke excellent English. The nearby restaurants and elevator were great. The room itself was spacious, with a modern bathroom and AC. The wooden shutters were a nice touch for a quiet stay. The arranged sedan service to the airport was fast and convenient.

TERMINI Smart ROOMS made me feel like a VIP with their free WiFi, convenient location near the university, and even offered a luxurious paid airport shuttle. Amazing!
Oh, wait, there's nothing to complain about. How disappointing.

My friends and I stayed at Clavdia Flat for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and air conditioner. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the termini main station, making it easy to get around the city. The host, Jacob, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about the must-see places in the area. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and we appreciated the extra touches like the bottle of champagne and the option for a sedan service to the airport. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.
Totally recommend this hotel.
